ZDR™ stands for Zero Day Report. It is the claim-ready report an insurer receives the same day a trade attends a property, rather than a write-up that arrives a week later.
The ZDR Reports app is the standalone version of that report tool. You capture the job on site — photos, observations, findings and sign-off — and the app assembles the finished report on the device, ready to export and send.
It is one of four products under Kingpin X, alongside Kingpin Mesh, Kingpin ER and AquaSentinel. If you work on the Kingpin X network, ZDR capture is already built into the KingpinX Tradie app and you do not need this one. See general support for that app.
Open the app and start a new report, then choose the template that matches the job. The template decides which sections and prompts you get, so pick it before you start capturing rather than afterwards. From there the app walks you through each section in order.
Reports save to the device as you work, so a draft survives closing the app. Report lists show photo thumbnails rather than full-resolution images to keep them fast — the full image loads when you open the report itself. If a draft looks incomplete, open it and check each section before exporting.
A finished report exports as a PDF, and Word (.docx) export is generated on the device from the same report. Use the standard iOS share sheet to email it, save it to Files, or send it to whoever needs it. Nothing is emailed on your behalf without you choosing to send it.
All purchases in the app are handled by Apple, not by us. To view, change or cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. You can also manage purchases from the App Store app by tapping your profile picture and choosing Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. We cannot issue an App Store refund on your behalf, but tell us what went wrong and we will help.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app. If it still doesn't appear, check that the purchase actually completed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then email us with the date of purchase and the Apple Account email and we'll sort it out.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address you signed up with. You'll receive a six-digit confirmation code by email; enter it together with a new password to reset. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a fresh one if needed. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us if it still isn't there.
The app ships with a set of templates covering the common causes of loss a trade attends. Compliance-specific templates are currently written to Victorian requirements. If you work in another state and need a template that reflects your local obligations, email us and tell us which one — that feedback drives what we build next.
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@aquasentinel.pro from your account email. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, retaining only the minimum information required to comply with insurance and tax obligations (anonymised where possible).
